For February 2007, CVhoops is pleased to announce not one but 4 players of the month, at several different levels:

Women’s (collegiate): Shardae Gonsalves of Skidmore College

Men’s (collegiate): Tony Barros of UMass-Boston

Women’s (pro): Jade Leitao of Olivais (Portugal)

Men’s (pro): Mario Correia of Maia Basket (Portugal)

Congratutations to each of our players of the month; they are all very well representing Cape Verde basketball. Each will receive a certificate from CVhoops to honor their nomination.
